As per the official reports BMW launching its BMW Next-Gen X3 on 26th June 2017. At their headquarters in Spartanburg, South Carolina in a live press conference.
BMW Next-Gen X3 Technical Specifications:
The first model of BMW X3 was launched In 2010. The new Next-Gen BMW X3 promises to be lighter, better-equipped and even more appealing than the previous model. The car is built on the new GO1 platform which may help in reducing weight up to 100 kgs.
The body frame of the BMW X3 is made of high-strength steel, aluminum, and carbon fiber to make frame lightweight and sturdy. Indian BMW X3 model gets 2.0 liter 4-cylinder petrol and 2.0-litre 4-cylinder diesel engine. And chances for a BMW X3 plug-in hybrid variant for the Indian market, but no assurances have been given by the company.
Upcoming BMW Next-Gen X3 includes smart safety features like automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, rear cross traffic alert, pedestrian detection, adaptive cruise control, and blind spot detection, etc.
BMW Next-Gen X3 includes smart touchscreen which helps the user pull the car out automatically without being present inside. And also, this will help when it is difficult to open the doors and step inside the car. This feature was available only on the BMW 7 series and hybrid i8.
BMW plans to start sales end of 2017 and may be launched officially in India at the annual Auto-Expo which is held in Delhi.
